A report against Sunny Holidays

At about 0930am i recieved a call from miss wenda leong regarding the ITP feedback form. I had felt that the ITP attachment in Sunny Holidays not relevant to our course study. As a matter of fact.... i can't remb anything about the questionnaire. Wenda told me, I know why it's not relevant (*haha) but i stilll need you to email to me your thoughts.
It's revenge time!!!! Below is what i wrote................i think she must be at the end laughing
During the attachment at Sunny Holidays our learning progress was always slow and stagnant. This is due to the fact that our period of attachment had been reduced to 5months as compared to the previous attachment batches. Due to the short period of stay in Sunny Holidays some were only reduced to doing manual jobs.
Partly, the company had felt that during this short attachment period it would be a waste of resources to actually spend time training on attachment students who would be with the company for a period of 5 months. Even though we were capable of learning and performing on our jobs we were therefore not been given the chance to learn.
During our attachment, when we are not adequately trained we were forced to pretend that we are contributing. We were reduced to arranging brochures in alphabetic order daily, sitting on stools observing the full time staffs, arranging files.
When a customer walks into Sunny Holidays, we were not supposed to serve the customer as they felt that we are capable of driving away the customer. Only in cases where all the full-time staff are occupied we were than able to have some direct contact with the customers. However, it most cases we were to have minimal contact with them as the customers will be later directed to the full-time staff.
We were also not allowed to pick up phone calls as the company had been accusing us of again driving away the customers. We were only allowed to handle phone enquires when all the full-time staff are fully occupied.
Therefore, during our attachment period we were only supposed to sit on stools and observe the full-time staff and made to read on our company’s brochures daily. To keep ourselves occupied, we will do photocopies of tariffs, arranging brochures; do proper filing which I felt does not contribute to the learning of our course modules. Although we were taught simple tasks like making flight reservations and typing a tour booking order, I felt that the learning could had been more comprehensive if our attachment had been elsewhere.
In short, although we were working in a travel agency environment we were just exploited as been cheap labour in the company doing manual jobs. They had more than experienced staffs to perform the job and therefore SP attachment students are deemed as EXTRAS to them.
During the attachment in Sunny Holidays had led to much resentment thus none of the attachment students continued to work for the company after the attachment had ended.

Went for movie with edwin to watch R-cycle. Not a v scarry horror movie but a very touching story. After the movie we went around shopping at taka, herren.

ONE Armani ExchangeTWO Esprit TopONE Le coq sportifCrazy shopping queen rite.... Was sourcing for a le coq or adidas bag for school but couldn't find a suitable one.
Edwin badly wants to buy a LEVIS pants but he finds it's too costly. Went to Lucky plaza to have our dinner. Was in a lift with a bunch of uncivilized malay pigs! Those typical malays, gals wore their body hugging spagetti, guys who try to act cool. Talking and shouting so loud in e lift. CRAZY...
WE took MRT home and faced another uncivilized malay pig banging on e mrt's pillar like a frantic. STOP YOUR CHILDISH ACTS.
